Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery
Many of our items ship from partner warehouses, so delivery usually takes 7–18 business days after processing. We state this plainly because we would rather set the expectation than disappoint it.
Kits and multi-item orders
Kits are bundled sets, and the pieces in them often ship from different warehouses. That means a kit may arrive in more than one package, on different days. Nothing has gone wrong if the path lights turn up before the string lights — your tracking will show each parcel separately. If any part of a kit hasn't arrived within 21 business days, email us and we'll chase it.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and what's in your order.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking by email as soon as it's available after your order ships.
