How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7–18 business days. Many items ship from partner warehouses overseas, which keeps prices where they are — but this is not next-day shipping, and we would rather tell you that before you order.
Will my kit arrive in one box?
Often not. Kit pieces can ship from different warehouses, so a kit may arrive as two or three parcels on different days, each with its own tracking. Nothing has gone wrong if path lights land before string lights.
Do I need an electrician?
No. Pathway, step, and patio pieces install by hand for most setups. Wall lights need a few screws and a drill. Nothing in the current catalog needs trenching or a permit.
How bright are these?
They are guidance and accent lighting, not floodlights or security floods. A path light shows where the path goes and makes the front of the house look considered.
Will they survive rain?
They are built to live outside. Still, bring string lights in over harsh winter storms if you get heavy ice or snow.
Can I start small and add later?
Yes. Everything shares one warm colour temperature and one finish family, so something you add later still matches.
What if something arrives damaged or I don't like it?
Email paxtonlinman@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Unused items in original packaging can be returned. Damaged-in-transit items — send photos and we'll make it right. See our Return Policy.
