Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email paxtonlinman@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method once we've received and inspected the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made the error.
Defective items
If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it or refund it — you won't be asked to pay return shipping in that case.
